Permanent Placements

Live-in or Live-out, we have the nanny you have been looking for!
Many of our caregivers are college educated nannies who are CPR certified and have impeccable references. We thoroughly screen all our nanny candidates, carry out employment checks, and require them to pass a background investigation. We also only work with U.S. citizens or individuals with proper working papers. If you are looking for a competent, qualified nanny—give us a call today!
All clients are required to sign our contract and pay a $200 application fee before the commencement of any consulting services. Once a nanny has been placed, we charge a standard placement fee that is the equivalent to 15% of Nanny’s annual salary for first (less paid application fee). Full payment is due 14 business days from date of hire. If for any reason your family is unsatisfied with the nanny placement [within 60 days of start date], we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement without an additional referral fee.

Short-term Placements

Is your nanny going away or are you looking for someone to live-in this summer?
Nanny Traveler works with clients across the country and around the world to assist families in finding a short-term nanny placement (under six months). Our candidates are college educated and/or certified and have a minimum of 3 years childcare experience. Whether you are looking for someone for a week or the entire summer—we have the nanny that you have been looking for!
All clients are required to sign our contract and pay a $200 application fee before the commencement of any consulting services. Once a nanny has been placed, we charge a standard placement fee that is the equivalent to 15% of nanny’s total salary for short-term position (less paid application fee). Payment is due in full prior to nanny’s start date.

Newborn Care Specialists

Congratulations on your bundle of joy!
Let us help you find the perfect caregiver for your newborn. We work with some of the finest Newborn Care Specialists in the business. All of our caregivers have a minimum of three years experience working with newborns. They have been certified in CPR and have their Newborn Care Specialist certification. We thoroughly screen all our candidates, carry out employment checks, and require them to pass a background investigation. All clients are required to sign our contract and pay a $200 application fee before the commencement of any consulting services. Once a specialist has been placed, we charge a flat placement fee of $750 (less paid application fee). Payment is due in full prior to nanny’s start date.
