We know that our children are our most precious resource and that it is our responsibility as a community to protect their wellbeing. That is why we thoroughly screen all our nanny candidates. Each caregiver is required to undergo an extensive interviewing process as well as pass a thorough investigation performed by a private licensed investigator. Our clients have peace of mind knowing that our nanny referrals have been carefully screened prior to hire. If for whatever reason things do not work out between a family and their caregiver within four weeks of placement, we will make every effort to find a replacement for free.

Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Required Documents
Please print out both client contract and background release form. Review and sign both documents. Please fax documents to (212) 634 6305.

Step 3: Nanny Profiles
Once you have sent your required documents to us, we will begin sending nanny profiles to you that will best match your individual needs. Please review them carefully.

Step 4: Nanny Interviews
Once the profiles have been reviewed, you will choose the candidate that you believe best reflects your childcare needs. Our firm will set up an interview that that individual for you. After you have interviewed all candidates for the position, you must confer with your family and make your decision.

Step 5: Notice of Intent
Once a choice has been made, a notice of intent is sent to the candidate. This correspondence should outline the specifications of the position including job responsibilities, hours, and salary. When the candidate accepts the proposal, a nanny contract should be drawn up and signed by both parties.
